Three ways to handle the drinks
The same bar and team — the difference is who settles the drinks and how.
Guest-paid Cash Bar
Guests buy their own drinks from an agreed menu. You cover the setup fee for the bar, staff and service — no per-guest drinks commitment.
Prepaid tab
Prepay a set tab on a pre-approved drinks list; the bar switches to Cash Bar when the tab runs out. Caps your contribution at the tab amount.
Client-supplied drinks
Bar & Staff Only: you supply the drinks and we bring the trailer, refrigeration, ice, glassware and two bartenders to serve them.
Can your property take the trailer?
These are the things that decide whether a rig can set up at your home or venue — not every garden can take the trailer. Tell us what you know and we'll confirm.
Property access & gates
Can a towed dual-axle trailer reach the setup spot? Note gate width, any height limits and the route from the road.
Level ground & turning room
We need roughly 8m × 4m of level space — a planning allowance, not a certified dimension — and room to manoeuvre the rig in and out.
Neighbours & venue restrictions
Any noise, parking or access rules from neighbours, a body corporate or the venue that affect where and when the bar can run.
Agreed end time
When service should finish. We don't promise unrestricted late-night service — the end time is agreed in your quote.
Access & drinks questions
Can the trailer fit in my garden or driveway?
It depends on the access. Both rigs are towed dual-axle trailers, so we need a gate wide enough, level ground and turning room to get in and out. Not every garden can take the trailer — send access photos, gate width and the route from the road and we'll confirm what's practical.
Do I have to pay for everyone's drinks?
No. With a Cash Bar, guests buy their own drinks and you cover a setup fee only. A prepaid Drinks Tab lets you cap your contribution. If you'd rather supply the drinks yourself, Bar & Staff Only brings the bar, refrigeration and team. Hosted Bar — where you pay per guest — has a 50-guest minimum; the other packages have their own conditions confirmed in the quote.
Do I need a power point at home?
No. Both rigs run on their own solar, lithium battery and generator backup. We don't promise silent operation when the generator is engaged or a guaranteed battery runtime. What we do need is vehicle access and roughly 8m × 4m of level space.
How late can the bar run at a private party?
The service end time is agreed in your quote and depends on your venue, neighbours and any local restrictions. We don't promise unrestricted late-night service — tell us your planned finish time and we'll confirm.
