Meet Bar Zone Mobile Bar
Bar Zone Mobile Bar hires out self-powered mobile bar trailers across Gauteng. We bring the bar, the serving team and our own power — you choose how the drinks are paid for.
Two rigs, four ways to pay, our own power
Two mobile bars
The Bar Zone flagship carries a granite counter, built-in draught tap, premium-drinks display shelving, under-counter fridges and LED lighting. The compact Nom Bango carries a three-door glass fridge, stainless sink and two serving hatches with awnings, powered by a roof-mounted solar and lithium battery system.
Nom Bango is a unit available for enquiry — not a separate owned company or joint legal entity unless confirmed to you in writing.
Our own power
Both rigs run on solar, lithium battery and generator backup, so a venue doesn't need to supply a plug point. We don't promise silent operation when the generator is engaged, or a fixed battery runtime — both are confirmed for your event in the quote.
- No venue electricity required.
- Vehicle access and a level setup area still required.
Four ways to pay for drinks
Cash Bar
Guests buy their own drinks — our lead offer.
Hosted Bar
You pay a fixed per-guest rate for an agreed menu.
Drinks Tab
A prepaid cap that switches to Cash Bar when used.
Bar & Staff Only
You supply drinks; we supply the bar and team.
Cash Bar is our lead offer — not a claimed bestseller. Package pricing is confirmed in your written quote.
Discuss, quote, then confirm
We don't take instant bookings or hold dates automatically. First we discuss your event — date, venue, guest count and the package you're leaning toward. Then we send a written quote covering the bar, staff, service hours, travel and any permissions. Once you confirm and pay the deposit, we lock the arrangements and set up on the day.
A request is not a reservation. Nothing is held until the arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Central enquiries
All quotes route centrally. For a quote, call or WhatsApp us, or email the bookings desk.
Bar Zone strictly supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. No alcohol is sold or served to persons under the age of 18 in terms of the Liquor Act 59 of 2003.
Tell us your date, venue and guest count.
We'll confirm which rig fits your day and send a qualified written quote.
