Company & budget owner
The organisation name and who approves the drinks budget, so we route the quote to the right person.
Guest estimate
An approximate headcount — it shapes the package, staffing and stock. Hosted Bar has a 50-guest minimum.
Venue & loading
The venue address, loading bay or delivery access, and where a dual-axle trailer can park level.
Service times
When guests arrive, when the bar opens and when service ends — so we staff the right window.
Supplier documents
Any documents the venue requires of suppliers (access forms, supplier registration). Send what you have.
Branding add-ons
Branded cups and a custom menu board are quote-based add-ons — not full vehicle wraps. Mention your branding idea in the request.
No venue electricity — we bring our own power
Both rigs carry solar arrays, lithium battery storage and a generator backup, so a conference centre, warehouse or off-site venue doesn't need to supply a plug point. What we do need is vehicle access for a towed dual-axle trailer and roughly 8m × 4m of level space — a planning allowance, not a certified dimension.

Practical questions
Can you issue a tax invoice or accept a purchase order?
We confirm invoicing, payment terms and any purchase-order handling in your written quote. We don't promise VAT registration, tax-invoice formatting or PO acceptance before the details are agreed — tell us what your finance team needs and we'll confirm what we can meet.
Do you supply insurance certificates or corporate client references?
Only where we hold and can verify them. We don't claim a corporate client history or supply documents we don't have. If your venue or procurement team needs specific certificates, list them in the quote request and we'll confirm what's available.
Can you brand the bar with our logo?
Branded cups and a custom menu board are quote-based add-ons — not full vehicle wraps. Tell us your branding idea and we'll quote what's practical on the rig.
Do we need venue power for the bar?
No. Both rigs run on their own solar, lithium battery and generator backup. We don't promise silent operation when the generator is engaged or a guaranteed battery runtime — both are confirmed for your event in the quote. Vehicle access and roughly 8m × 4m of level space are still required.
